You can find our application on both the Apple store &Google play store.

To start using PASS, just download the app & create an account by clicking on ‘Sign Up’ and entering your details, as required.

Your home screen will have a button which says ‘Top-Up’. You can choose your Top-Up amount from the enlisted ones or pick any other amount you wish. The minimum top-up amount is 1 KD.

Your home screen will have a button which says ‘Add Car’. Enter a name for your car, then select the country of the license plate and enter your car license plate number.

You can add as many cars as you like. It does not have a limit.

No,you can register each car plate number to only 1 PASS account.

There is no limit to the maximum amount of credit. However, 1KD is the minimum limit per top up transaction.

This setting is primarily to either keep your car ACTIVE or INACTIVE. If your car is inactive, its’ number plate will not be recognized by the PASS cameras at the entry and exit of the parking lots.

The fees are set by the individual parking lots and not by PASS.

There are numerous ways; all parking lots supported by PASS will have signs at the entrance of the parking lot. Alternatively, you can check out the ‘PASS Locations’ tab on the application.

There is no time period set to use your credit.

Yes, every transaction completed on the PASS app will be registered for you to view in ‘History’. For top ups made, you will receive an app notification and an email confirmation.

Yes, we ask you to kindly keep your own cars registered to your account.

There are a few reasons that might happen and we will help you solve this issue. All what you need to do is call the contact center or email is on [email protected].

In general, this process would normally not take more than a few minutes. However, there is a possibility of a technical malfunction due to which this situation may arise. You can choose to be patient and wait for the top up to be credited in your PASS wallet or you can call the contact center or email us on [email protected].
