To start using PASS just download the app & create an account by clicking on “sign up” and entering you the details required.

To top up your account all you have to do is click on “+” icon on your dashboard & select “top up account” (you can also select “top up account” from the menu).

To add a car just click on the “+” icon on your dashboard then select “add car”. Enter a name for your car and then select the country of the license plate and enter the plate number.

Each account has a limit of 8 cars.

No unfortunately all cars can only be registered to 1 PASS account.

There is no limit to the amount of credit, however 1KD is the minimum limit per top up transaction.

This setting is primarily for the use of Valet services. If you are you using a Valet service we ask that you change your cars status to inactive so that you are not charged twice for your stay. (by the Valet & the PASS system).

There are a few reasons that might happen, but not to worry just contact our support team & we will help you solve this issue.

The fee’s are set by the individual parking lots and not by PASS. PASS charges a flat fee of 50fils per entry.

The minimum amount required is a balance of 250fils to granted entry through the PASS system.

There are numerous ways, all parking lots supported by PASS will have signs at the entry to the parking lot. Also you can check out the “PASS locations” tab on the app.

There is no time period set to use your credit.

The PASS system will allow you to exit if the deficit is 250 fils or lower. However your account will be disabled until you have credited your account again.

Yes every transaction completed on the PASS app will be registered for you to view in “my history”. For top ups you will receive an email conformation and invoice.

No need to worry, you can easily amend the details by going to the my cars page accessed from the menu on the app.

You can change the any personal information including the language settings from the profile page which is accessed through the menu.

Yes we ask you kindly to only keep the your own cars registered to your account.
